A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FY 1979 CITY BUDGET BY TRANS-
FERING ALL EXPENSES OF THE CITY ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT
FROM THE GENERAL FUND(010) TO THE ROAD USE TAX FUND(060) .
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa has approved tne FY 1979
City Budget : and
WHEREAS, all expenses of the City Electrical Budget are
expended from the General Fund (010) ;and
WHEREAS, the expenses of the City Electrical Department are
allowable expenditures from the Road Use Tax Fund (060) ;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the FY 1979 City Budget be amended by trans-
ferring all expenses of the City Electrical Department from the
General Fund (010) to the Road Use Tax Fund (060) .
Passed and adopted this 15th day of January, 1979 .
