RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY
LOCATED 229 EAST PARK AVENUE0 (ORIGINAL PLAT OF EAST
WATERLOO) AS FEBRUARY 12 , 1979 AT 7 :00 P.M. IN THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE
OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 :00 P.M. ,on the 12th day of February,1979 for
the purpose of considering the sale of a parcel of property known
as parts of Lots 2 and 3,Block 12,Original Plat of East Waterloo,
now,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of January, 1979 .
