RESOLUTION APPRO7INTG AND ACCEPTING THE STATE-
MENT DATED NOVEMBER 30, 1978 FROM WAYNE CL.AA
SSEN ENGINEERING & SURVEYING, INC. , FOR ENGIN-
EERING SERVICES FOR NEWELL STREET PAVING & IN-
CIDENTALS, CONTRACT NO. 173.
WHEREAS, Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. ,
Engineers, Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services
in connection with the Newell Street Paving & Incidentals, Con-
tract No. 173, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for Said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Wayne Claassen Engineering & Sur-
veying, Inc. , as shown in their statement dated November 30,
1978, is $605.00, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: That Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying , Inc. , be
paid the sum of $605.00 being payment for the statement dated
November 30, 1978, on said contract for engineering services
rendered in connection with the Newell Street Paving & Inci-
dentals, Contract No. 173 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized , em-
powered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said
sum and deliver the same to the said Wayne Claassen Engineering
& Surveying, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of January, 1979.
