RESOLUTION ,APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED JANUARY 10, 1979 FROM
BRICE, PETRIDES & ASSOCIATES, INC. , FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR VIRDEN CREEK
CUNETTE REPAIR CONTRACT NO. 96, AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in con-
nection with the Virden Creek Cunette Repair Contract No. 96,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering
services, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates,
Inc. , as shown in their statement dated January 10, 1979 is
$161.07 , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: That Brice, Petrides. & Associates, Inc. , be paid the
gum of $161.07 being payment for the statement dated January
10, 1979, on said contract for engineering services rendered
in connection with the Virden Creek Cunette Repair Contract
No. 96, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Direct-
or, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered
to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of January, 1979.
