RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $823 . 68 ACCUMULATED
SICK LEAVE TO EARL BUSH, RETIREE OF ENGINEERING
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of January, 1979, Earl Bush retired from
employment in the Engineering Department in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS , Earl Bush is entitled to payment for 132 hours of sick
leave, in the amount of $823 . 68 , now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Earl Bush be paid the total amount of $823 . 68, being payment in
full for above mentioned sick leave , and that the Finance Director be,
and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant
accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to Earl Bush.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 22nd day of January, 1979,
approved by the Mayor on 22nd day of January, 1979 .
