RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION TO THE HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT FOR 100 UNITS OF HOUSING
UNDER THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
AS FEBRUARY 12,1979 AT 700 P.M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS
IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 :00 P.M. ,on the 12th day of Februery , 1979 for the purpose
of considering and acting upon an application to the Housing
and Urban Development Department for 100 units of housing under
the Section 8 Existing Housing Assistance Program,now,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,I( JA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Daily Courier.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of January, 1979 .
