RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $1, 884. 96 ACCUMULATED
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO PAUL SHADER OF POLICE
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of February, 1979, Paul Shader terminated
from employment in the Police Department in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS , Paul Shader is entitled to payment for 22 days of sick
leave, and
WHEREAS, Paul Shader has earned and is entitled to 12 days
vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Paul Shader be paid the total amount of $1, 884. 96, being payment
in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacation, and that
the Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to Paul Shader.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 5th day of February, 1979,
approved by the 'Mayor on 5th day of February, 1979 .
