A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RE-ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BUILDING SETBACK
LINE TO TEN (10) FEET WITHIN LOTS 5, 6, 8, AND 9, REGENCY ACRES.
WHEREAS, the re-establishment of the building setback line to ten (10) feet
within Lots 5, 6, 8 and 9, Regency Acres , was recommended for approval by the
Plan and Program Commission; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held on the vacation of the building
setback lines in the above mentioned lots, and
WHEREAS, no building setback lines are in existence at the present time,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the
building setback lines be re-established to 10 feet on Lots 5, 6, 8 and 9,
Regency Acres, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of February, 1980.
