RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF
COMPLETION AND FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE
WORK, AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY JOHN G. MILLER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR WATERLOO RECREATION COMMISSION WORK-
SHOP WING ADDITION, AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS , John G. Miller Construction Company, Waterloo , Iowa, have
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with Waterloo Recreation
Commission Workshop Wing Addition, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance of the
Work submitted by consulting engineers , Thorson-Brom-Broshar-Snyder,
Architects , certifying that the work on this project has now been com-
pleted by said contractors , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That
the Certificate of Completion and the Final Acceptance of the Work sub-
mitted by the Engineers be approved, the work of John. G. Miller Construct-
ion Company, Waterloo , Iowa, accepted, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized and directed to execute said Certificate.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of February, 1979 „
