RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $2, 494 .80 ACCUMULATED
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO DAVID KLEIN OF POLICE
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS , on the 20th day of February, 1979, David Klein terminated
from employment in the Police Department in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, David Klein is entitled to payment for 27 days sick leave,
and
WHEREAS , David Klein has earned and is entitled to 18 days vacation
pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that David Klein be paid the total amount of $2, 494, 80, being payment in full
for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacation, and that the Finance
Director be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw
a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to David Klein ,
Passed and adopted by City Council of 19th day of February, 1979,
approved by the Mayor on 19th day of February, 1979 .
