RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
WATERLOO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE TO SUBMIT AN
APPLICATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING
AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR NINETY-FIVE (95)
UNITS OF H.U.D. EXISTING HOUSING FOR
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
I OWA:
That the application of the Waterloo Chamber of Commerce
to the Department of Housing and Urban Development for ninety-
five (95) units of H.U.D. Existing Housing for Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby, approved and authorized, and the
Mayor directed and instructed to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 26th day of February, 1979.
