A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE SEWER RENTAL
FUND THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE DOLLARS ( $ 204,781.00) TO
THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1978-1979 Fiscal
Budget on March 6, 1978
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the
amount of $ 204,781.00 from the Sewer Rental Fund to the
General Fund, for operations of the sewer department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be instructed
to certify a copy of this resolution to the City Treasurer of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer be
made.
