RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUND TRANSFER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a transfer be made in the amount of $49,762.50 from General
Fund (010) to Debt Service Fund (100) in payment of debt payments
made for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Renovation.
