RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH MUNICIPAL
EMPLOYEES ' LOCAL UNION NO, 1127 AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO SIGN AND EXECUTE SAME ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Leo P. Rooff, Mayor, in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be , and he is hereby, authorized to sign and execute an Agreement ,
dated March 5 , 1979, with the Municipal Employees " Local Union No .
1127 , affiliated with Laborers International Union of North America
AFL-CIO, for the period of July 1 , 1979 for a term of twenty-four
(24) months , which agreement is hereby approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this resolution
be transmitted to the Municipal Employees ' Local Union No. 1127,
affiliated with Laborers International Union of North America AFL-CIO ;
Passed and adopted this 5th day of March, 1979 .
