RESOLUTION .APPROVING PAYMENT OF $4,019. 20
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO JARVIS YAT LA,
RE'T I RE E OF CITY INSPECTION DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of March, 1979, Jarvis Yagla re-
tired from employment in the City Inspection Department in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Jarvis Yagla is entitled to payment for 480 hours
of sick leave, and
WHEREAS, Jarvis Yagla has earned and is entitled to 160
hours vacation pay, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Jarvis Yagla be paid the total amount of $4, 019. 20,
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Jarvis Yagla.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 5th day of March,
1979, approved by the Mayor on 5th day of March, 1979.
