RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION
OF NECESSITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Resolution of Necessity introduced at a meeting
of this Council held on the 19thday of February 1979, for the construction of the "Waterloo fovea, F.Y. 1979

MONROE STREET from Colorado Street to Arizona Street, includin
a full intersection at Colorado Street . g

AHLERS, COONEY, DORWEILER, HAYNIE&SMITH, LAWYERS, DES MOINES, IOWA
and further the preliminary plat and schedule of assessments
for said project be and the same is hereby amended by making
the following changes therein, to-wit:
Delete MONROE STREET from Colorado Street to Arizona Street ,
including a full intersection at Colorado Street .
PASSED AND APPROVED, this 12thday of March , 1979.
