A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE LOCA_"ION
OF THE OFFICIAL BULLETIN BOARD FOR POST-
ING NOTICE OF, AND TENTATIVE AGENDA FOR,
MEETINGS OF COUNCIL OR ITS COMMITTEES AS
FRONT ENTRANCE HALLWAY WALL IN CITY HALL
AND NEXT TO THE COUNTER OF THE CITY CLERK'S
OFFICE.
Be It Resolved by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
Section 1 . The official bulletin board for posting notice
of, and tentative agenda for, all meetings of the Council or of
any committee created by the Council is the bulletin board lo-
cated in the entrance hallway and next to the door of the Clerk' s
Office.
Section 2. This resolution is effective upon its passage
and approval in accordance with law.
Passed the 12th day of March, 1979 and approved this 12th
day of March, 1979.
