RESOLUTION APPRG.TING PAYMENT OF $1, 806.91
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY
TO KENNETH COLLINS, RETIREE OF STREET
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of January, 1979, Kenneth Collins
retired from employment in the Street Department in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , Kenneth Collins has accumulated 111 hours of sick
leave and is entitled to payment , in the amount of $644.91, and
WHEREAS, Kenneth Collins has earned and is entitled to 200
hours vacation pay for 1979 and 1980, in the amount of $1162.00,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Kenneth Collins be paid the total amount of $1, 806.91,
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Kenneth Collins,
Passed and adopted by City Council on 12th day of March,
1979, approved by the Mayor on 12th day of March, 1979.
