RESOLUTION APPROJING PAYMENT OF $597 .92
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY
TO ALAN IROFF, RESIGNEE OF ENGINEERING
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of March, 1979, Alan Iroff resigned
from employment in the Engineering Department in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Alan Iroff has accumulated 1771/2 hours sick leave
and is entitled to payment for 88 3/4 hours of sick leave, in
the amount of $548.48, and
WHEREAS, Alan Iroff has earned and is entitled to 8 hours
vacation pay, in the amount of $49. 44, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Alan Iroff be paid the total amount of $597 .92, being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned va-
cation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Alan Iroff .
Passed and adopted by City Council on 12th day of March,
1979 , approved by the Mayor on 12th day of March, 1979.
