RESOLUTION ,APPROVING FARM LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH ARNOLD JULIUS KASS AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Farm Lease .Agreement dated March 19, 1979,
with Arnold Julius Kass, Waterloo, Iowa, for leasing of 125
acres in the Virden Creek area, subject to certain stipulat-
ions with City retention of flowage easement on 75 acres, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the Same is hereby approved
for a period of April 1, 1979 thru December 31, 1979, for the
sum of $11, 250.00, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to Sign and execute said Farm Lease
Agreement with said .Arnold Julius Kass, on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of March, 1979.
