RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $665 . 28 VACATION
PAY TO DAVID ENGLEHARDT, OF POLICE DEPARTMENT,
WHEREAS , on the 23rd day of March, 1979, David Englehardt
terminated from employment in the Police Department in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , David Englehardt has earned and is entitled to 12 days
vacation pay, in the amount of $665 . 28, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that David Englehardt be paid the total amount of $665 . 28, being payment
in full for above mentioned earned vacation, and that the Finance Director
be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant
accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to David Englehardt.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 19th day of March, 1979 ,
approved by the Mayor on 19th day of March, 1979 .
