RESOLUTION .APPRCNING THE AGREEMENT WITH THE
INTERNATIONAL :ASSOCIATION OF FIRE FIGHTERS,
FOR CONTRACT PERIOD OF JULY 1, 1979 THRU
JUNE 30 , 1980 AND .AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
SIGN AND EXECUTE SAME IN BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF WATER�100, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Leo P. Rooff, Mayor, in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and he is hereby, authorized to sign
and execute an Agreement with the International Association
of Fire Fighters, Local 66, A,F.L . , C. I . O. & C.L .C. for con-
tract period of July 1, 1979 thru June 30, 1980, which agree-
ment is hereby approved .
Passed and adopted this 26th day of March, 1979.
