RESOLUTION ,APPROVING FARM LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH RONALD KETTWIG AND .AUTHORIZING EXE-
CUT I ON OF SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Farm Lease Agreement dated March 16, 1979,
with Ronald Kettwig , Waterloo, Iowa, for leasing of 19 acres
of City owned farm land in the Virden Creek area Subject to
certain stipulations and City retention of flowage easement
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the Same is hereby ap-
proved for the period of April 1, 1979 to December 31, 1979,
for the Sum of $1, 710.00, payable $855.00 on .April 1, 1979
and $855 .00 on October 1, 1979.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be, and he is here-
by, authorized and directed to sign and execute said Farm Lease
Agreement with said Ronald Kettwig, on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 26th day of March, 1979.
