RESOLUTION APPROVING :AND ACCEPTING A QUIT
CLAIM DEED FROM UNITED STATES POSTAL SER-
VICE AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING OF SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: That the Quit Claim Deed , dated March 21 , 1979, from
United States Postal Service conveying unto the City of Water-
loo, Iowa, certain real property described as follows:
.All of Lots No. 6 thru 10, Block No. 1,
Original Plat of West Waterloo.
To be converted into new library for the
sum of $325, 000,
be, and the same is hereby approved and accepted .
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of April, 1979, approved by the
Mayor Pro Tem on 2nd day of April, 1979.
