RESOLUTION APPROJING PAYMENT OF $665. 28,
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO OFFICER
MICHAEL PERRY, RESIGNEE OF POLICE DEPART-
MENT.
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of April, 1979, Michael Perry
resigned from employment with the Police Department in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Michael Perry has earned and is entitled to 12
days vacation pay, in the amount of $665. 28, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA that Michael Perry be paid the total amount of $665. 28,
being payment in full for above mentioned earned vacation pay,
and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized,
empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said
sum and deliver the same to Michael Perry.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by City Council on the 2nd day of April ,
1979, approved by the Mayor on the 2nd day of April , 1979.
