RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $1, 344. 56
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO DEBORA G.
LANES ESTATE.
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of March, 1979, Debora G. Lane
employee of Plan and Program Commission in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, died , and
WHEREAS, Debora G. Lane is entitled to payment for 116. 25
hours of sick leave, in the amount of $587 .06, and
WHEREAS, Debora G. Lane has earned and is entitled to 18. 75
days vacation pay, in the amount of $757 . 50, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Debora G. Lane ' s Estate be paid the total amount of
$1 , 344. 56, being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave
and earned vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is
hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant ac-
cordingly for said sum and deliver the same to Debora G. Lane ' s
Estate.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 9th day of April , 1979,
approved by the Mayor on 9th day of April, 1979.
