RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $4, 005. 68
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO JEROME W.
EISELE, OF CONWAY CIVIC CENTER.
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of March, 1979, Jerome W. Eisele
resigned from employment in the Conway Civic Center in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Jerome W. Eisele is entitled to payment for 29 days
3 hours of sick leave, in the amount of $2, 164. 35, and
WHEREAS, Jerome W. Eisele has earned and is entitled to 5
weeks vacation pay, in the amount of $1, 841. 33, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Jerome W. Eisele be paid the total amount of $4, 005.68,
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Jerome W. Eisele.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 9th day of April , 1979,
approved by the Mayor on 9th day of .April, 1979.
