CONTRACT AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS ON THE
"WATERLOO, IOWA, F.Y. 1979 PAVING PROGRAM
NO. 1, CONTRACT #166"
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Ralph Anderson, Engineer, is hereby ordered and
directed to prepare and file with the Clerk detailed plans and
specifications for the construction of the "Waterloo, Iowa,
F.Y. 1979 Paving Program No. 1, Contract #166" .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Attorney is hereby
ordered and directed to prepare and file with the Clerk a
Notice to Bidders and form of contract for the construction of
"Waterloo, Iowa, F.Y. 1979 Paving Program No. 1, Contract
#166" .
