RESOLUTION ,APPROVING SITE DEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR HERITAGE SQUARE, SOUTHEAST OF
INTERSECTION OF KIMBALL AVENUE AND EAST
RIDGEWAY AVENUE, IN PARTS OF SECTIONS 3
AND 4-88N-13W.
WHEREAS, Heritage Square, has proposed that the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site development plan
for Heritage Square southeast of intersection of Kimball Avenue
and East Ridgeway .Avenue, in parts of Sections 3 and 4-88N-13W,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 16, 1979 at
7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
as provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
on the proposal to approve said above mentioned site development
plan, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
development plan should be approved as proposed , now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the site development plan for Heritage Square, south-
east of intersection of Kimball Avenue and East Ridgeway Avenue,
in parts of Section 3 and 4-88N-13W, be and the same is hereby,
approved.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of April, 1979, approved
by the Mayor this 16th day of April , 1979.
