RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
PUBLIC HEARING ON SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR
WATERLOO CABLEVISION, INC. , FOR CABLE TV
AS MAY 7, 1979 AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
1 . That public hearing will be held by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa in the Council Chambers of the City Hall
of Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00 o' clock P.M. on the 7th day of May,
1979 on the schedule of fees for Waterloo Cablevision, Inc.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier by publication for two consecutive weeks before
the hearing before the Council at which said fee schedule is to
be acted on.
