RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH
TEAMSTERS LOCAL 844 AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO SIGN AND EXECUTE SAME ON BEHALF
OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Leo P. Rooff, Mayor, in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and he is hereby, authorized to sign and
execute an Agreement , dated April 16, 1979 with the Teamsters
Local 844, affiliated with Laborers International Union of
North America .AFL-CIO, for a one year period of July 1, 1979
through June 30, 1980, which agreement is hereby approved , and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this reso-
lution be transmitted to the Teamsters Local 844, affiliated
with Laborers International Union of North America AFL-CIO.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of April, 1979.
