RESOLUTION APPROVING
CONTRACT AND BOND
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract and bond executed by
Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa
dated A��� i,11 1979, for the construction of the
"Waterloo-,rIowa, F.Y. 1979 Paving Program No. 2 (Contract No.
170) " , as described in the plans and specifications and which
have been signed by the Mayor and Clerk on behalf of the
Municipality, be and the same are hereby approved.
