RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING CONTRACT
WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING & SURVEY-
ING, INC. , FOR THE CLOVERDALE ACRES AREA
DRAINAGE STUDY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR AND CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS, engineering services for Cloverdale Acres .Area
Drainage Study in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are needed , now,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Engineering Contract dated April 16, 1979 for
the Cloverdale .Acres .Area Drainage Study by and between Wayne
Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved ,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of .April , 1979.
