RESOLUTION APPROVING FARM LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH JENNY ANDERSON AND AUTHORIZING EXE-
CUTION OF SAME,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF ThT CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Farm
Lease Agreement dated April 18, 1979, with' Jenny Anderson, Waterloo, Iowa, for
leasing of 13 acres of City owned faLill land in the Virden Creek area subject to
certain stipulations and City retention of flowage easement in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same is hereby approved for the period of May 1, 1979 to December
31, 1979, for the sun of $1,170.00, payable $585000 on May 1, 1979 and $585.00 on
October, 1979.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to sign and execute said FaLll1 Lease Agreement with said Jenny Anderson, on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of April, 1979.
