RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF THE
BLACK HAWK COUNTY CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFOR-
MATION SYSTEM AGREFI€NT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER
28E, 1977 CODE OF IOWA, AS AMENDED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That the Black
Hawk County Criminal Justice Information System Agreement, dated April 30, 1979,
for the purpose of permitting participating public agencies to enter into a joint
controlling board for the purpose of establishing, maintaining and governing a
Black Hawk County Criminal Justice Information System and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd clay of April, 1979.
