A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE FEDERAL REVENUE
SHARING FUND THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND
DOLLARS ( $ 400,000.00 ) TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1978-1979 Fiscal
Budget on March 6, 1978 allocating $ 400,000.00 for Fire
Salaries within the General Fun$, and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for
the amount of $ 400,000.00 from the Federal Revenue Sharing
Fund to the General Fund, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be instructed
to certify a copy of this Resolution to the City Treasurer of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer be made.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of April 1979.
