A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE MOTOR VEHICLE PARKING
FACILITIES RENEWAL, REPLACEMENT, & IMPROVEMENT FUND THE
SUM OF THIRTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHT DOLLARS AND
FIFTY SEVEN CENTS ($ 13,108.57) TO THE PARKING EAST PARK
AND SYCAMORE STREET FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Motor Vehicle Parking
Facilities Bond Ordinance # 2069 on April 9, 1957, and
WHEREAS, Section 6 of Ordinance # 2069 created the Renewal,
Replacement, & Improvement Fund and may be expended upon orders
of the City Council in making any extensions, renewals, replace-
ments or other improvements to the public motor vehicle parking
facilities system within the business sections of the city, and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer in the amount of $ 13,108.57
from the Motor Vehicle Parking Facilities Renewal, Replacement,
& Improvement Fund to the Parking East Park and Sycamore Street
Fund in order that this project may be closed out as the project
is completed, be, and the same is hereby, approved
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be instructed
to certify a copy of this Resolution to the City Treasurer of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer be made.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of April 1979.
