RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED APRIL 18, 1979, FROM
WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING & SURVEYING,
INC. , FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR EAST
SAN MARNAN DRIVE PAVING & INCIDENTALS,
CONTRACT NO. 168, AND AUTHORIZING PAY-
MENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , Engineers, Waterloo,
Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connection with the East San. Marnan Drive
Paving & Incidentals, Contract No. 168 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering services, rendered by the
said Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , as shown in their statement dated
April 18, 1979, is $1,758.88, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That Wayne
Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , be paid the sum of $1,758.88 being payment
for the statement dated April 18, 1979, on said contract for engineering services
rendered in connection with the East San Marnan Drive Paving & Incidentals, Contract
No. 168, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he is
hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrent accordingly for said sum
and deliver the same to Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 1979.
