RESOLUTION .APPROVING AND ,ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED .APRIL 18, 1979 FROM WAYNE
CLAASSEN ENGINEERING & SURVEYING, INC. , FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR MISCELLANEOUS CON-
TRACT FOR ,AL ABAR AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING PAY-
MENT .ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , Eng-
ineers, Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in
connection with the Miscellaneous Contract for Alabar Avenue,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Wayne Claassen Engineering & Survey-
ing, Inc. , as shown in their statement dated April 18, 1979, is
$239.96, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , be paid the
sum of $239.96 being payment for the statement dated April 18,
1979, on said contract for engineering services rendered in con-
nection with the miscellaneous contract for Alabar Avenue, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and
he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a war-
rant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the said
Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of April , 1979.
