RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
CHASE AUTO PARTS CO. , INC. , AND AUTHORIZ-
ING EXECUTION OF SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated May 7 , 1979 , with Chase Auto Parts ,
Waterloo , Iowa, for leasing of 2. 06 acres of City owned land in the
Riverview Addition subject to certain stipulations , hold harmless
clause and insurance coverage in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be , and
the same is hereby approved for the period of May 1 , 1979 to April 30,
1980 , for the sum of $500. 00,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to sign and execute said Lease Agreement with
said Chase Auto Parts , on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
Passed and adopted this 7th day of May, 1979.
