RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING AGREEMENT
WITH BRICE, PETRIDES & ASSOCIATES, INC. , FOR
PLEASANT VALLEY DRIVE STORM AND SANITARY SEWER
INVESTIGATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION AND AUTH-
ORIZING OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR AND CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS, engineering services for Pleasant Valley Drive
Storm and Sanitary Sewer Investigation, in the City of Water-
loo, Iowa, are needed , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering .Agreement dated May 7, 1979 for the Pleasant
Valley Drive Storm and Sanitary Sewer Investigation by and between
Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved , and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of May, 1979.
