RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT
WITH BRICE, PETRIDES & ASSOCIATES, INC. , FOR
ANSBOROUGH DRAINAGE STUDY AREA.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa has entered into a
contract dated May 7 , 1979 with Brice, Petrides & Associates,
Inc. for Engineering Services for Ansborough Drainage Study
Area for the sum of $13,000, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Supplemental Contract for Engineering Services
for Ansborough Drainage Study Area by and between Brice, Pe-
trides & Associates, of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Water-
loo, Iowa, be, and the same is hereby, approved , and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of May, 1979.
