RESOLUTION ,APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR FEDERAL
AID RAILROAD CROSSING PROTECTION PROJECT
ON WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE ON CHICGO & NORTH
WESTERN RAILROAD, WEST OF U.S. HIGHWAY 63
AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Agreement No. 78-F-123 (A) for Federal Aid Railroad
Crossing Protection Project with Iowa Department of Transportat-
ion, for improvement of existing railroad crossing on West Ridge-
way Avenue at Chicago & North Western Railroad, west of U.S. High-
way 63, be, and the same is hereby, approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to sign said Agreement
with the Department of Transportation for and on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of May, 1979, approved by
Mayor this 7th day of May, 1979.
