RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO RAILROAD
COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 19, 1979 accepting a one-time fee
of $750. 00 for Agreement dated December 1, 1970 (A 10338-P-3168)
with the Waterloo Railroad Company, in lieu of the present annual
fee, be, and the same is hereby, approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement with the Waterloo Railroad Company for and on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director directed to issue
a warrant for a one-time fee of $750. 00
Passed and adopted this 7th day of May, 1979, approved by
Mayor this 7th day of May, 1979.

I, Katherine Gibbs, City Clerk of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
do hereby certify the foregoing to be a true and correct copy
of a resolution adopted by said City of Waterloo, Iowa, at a
meeting on May 7th, 1979, that said resolution is still in effect;
that the agreement referred to therein, attached thereto, is in
the form presented to said meeting and in the form executed.
