RESOLUTION APPROVING A SANITARY SEWER POLICY
STATEMENT.
WHEREAS , the Plan and Program Commission has proposed that a
sanitary sewer policy statement be initiated for the City of Waterloo,
when reviewing preliminary plats , and
WHEREAS, a policy statement has been reviewed by the Plan and
Program Commission and has been recommended to the City Council for
approval ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, that the sanitary sewer policy statement for reviewing pre-
liminary plats , be , and the same is hereby approved, as filed.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of May, 1979.
