RESOLUTION APP RCN ING A CONDITIONAL ZONING
AGREEMENT FOR 40 2 NEWELL ST REET AND AUTH—
ORIZING EXECUTION OF SAME.
WHEREAS, upon the request of Waterloo-Cedar Falls Board
of Realtors (lector) for the Neighborhood Housing Services of
Waterloo, Inc. , (le4G 'e) for conditional zoning in a "R-2" One
and Two Residence District for 402 Newell Street , and
WHEREI.Z, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
held a public hearing, on May 14, 1C7 , on the above request
and adopted Ordinance No. 3023 approving conditional zoning
for said 402 Newell Street for a period not to exceed four
years, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF "'.4ATERLOO,
I4xrA, that the conditional zoning agreement dated May 14, 1979,
between Waterloo-Cedar Faller Board of Realtors (leGsor) Neith-
borhood Housing Services of laterloo, Inc. , (leagee) and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the came is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the Game in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL ZONING
AGREEMENT FOR 402 NEWELL STREET AND AUTH-
ORIZING EXECUTION OF SAME.
