RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR
CROSSROADS THEATRE, 2450 CROSSROADS
BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, Crossroads Theatre, has proposed that the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan for Crossroads
Theatre located at 2450 Crossroads Boulevard, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 14, 1979 at 7 :00
P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa , as
provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
on the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan should be approved as proposed , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the site plan for Crossroads Theatre, 2450 Crossroads
Boulevard, be and the same is hereby, approved.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of May, 1979, approved by
the Mayor this 14th day of May, 1979.
