RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING AGREEMENT,
EFFECTIVE FROM 1/1/79 THRU 12/31/79, WITH
WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING & SURVEYING, INC. ,
FOR GENERAL ENGINEERING SERVICES, AND DIRECT-
ING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREE-
MENT BY MAYOR AND CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS, general engineering services in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are needed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Engineering .Agreement dated December 28, 1978,
for general engineering services, by and between Wayne Claassen
Engineering & Surveying , Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved , and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. .
Passed and adopted this 14th day of May, 1979.
