RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED MAY 8, 1979 FROM SCHENK
ENGINEERING COMPANY, FOR ENGINEERING SER-
VICES FOR F.Y. 1979 PAVING PROGRAM I, CON-
TRACT NO. 166, AND ,AUTHORIZING PAYMENT AC-
CORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Schenk Engineering Company, Engineers, Waterloo,
Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connection with the
F.Y. 1979 Paving Program I,Contract No. 166, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Schenk Engineering Company, as shown
in their statement dated May 8, 1979, is $1, 917. 66, now, there-
fore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Schenk Engineering Company, be paid the sum of $1, 917 .66
being payment for the statement dated May 8, 1979, on said con-
tract for engineering services rendered in connection with the
F.Y. 1979 Paving Program I, Contract No. 166, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to the said Schenk Engineering
Company, of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of May, 1979.
