RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE .A SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT
WITH CHICAGO AND NORTH WESTERN TRANSPORT-
ATION COMPANY FOR ONE-TIME FEE OF $400.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the a Supplemental Agreement with the Chicago and
North Western Transportation Company for a one-time fee of
$400.00, in lieu of the present $50.00 annual fee, be, and
the same is hereby, approved , and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Supplemental Agreement with the Chicago and North Western
Transportation Company for and on behalf of the City of Water-
loo, Iowa, and the Finance Director directed to issue a warrant
for a one-time fee of $400.00 .
Passed and adopted this 14th day of May, 1979, approved
by Mayor this 14th day of May, 1979.
